Hello! I'm Victor, born and raised in Nevada and now a student, founder, and software engineer driven by a curiosity to build things.
I'm studying Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington, and I'm an incoming SDE @ Amazon. Currently studying abroad at National University of Singapore and building Soarin, an EdTech platform helping students transform college applications into professional resumes.

Software Developer Engineer Intern
Amazon Web Services
Developed and deployed a large-scale data integrity system for AWS IAM to strengthen credential validation and global infrastructure security. Designed algorithms for daily credential analysis that detect anomalies and maintain consistent access integrity across regions.

Founded Soarin, an EdTech platform that helps students transform their college applications into professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles. Endorsed by the UW and interviwed by Y Combinator.
Machine Learning Intern

Partnered with a UNR professor to research and prototype a reinforcement learning model capable of solving Flow puzzles. Explored algorithmic efficiency, neural network integration, and data-driven pathfinding approaches within a custom Python environment.

An EdTech platform that helps students transform their college applications into professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles. Built with Next.js, Firebase, and Pinecone, focused on user experience and accessibility. Currently serving students nationwide with AI-powered resume optimization.
Led team of 4 to develop a ReactJS full-stack app, syncing personal calendars to highlight shared availability. Implemented a responsive UI, integrating Google Calendar API with Firebase handling 7000+ data points.
